Challenge

Following strong 2024 sales across 13 UK locations, Knoops wanted to scale their online sales in 2025. Known for their expertly crafted chocolate drinks, this growing UK brand wanted their loyal customer base to be able to enjoy drinks at home, not just in store.

Activation

We refined the digital marketing strategy which had worked well for them in 2024, focusing particularly on the challenge of fluctuating seasonal demand. 

We met this challenge by utilising data to target the right audiences at the right time. This required nimble adjustments to campaigns and messaging season-by-season, particularly for London-based customers.

We tested new paid advertising optimisations continuously to drive strong revenue growth without compromising Return on Ad Spend. 

Impact
