Having started out in the music industry, Adam moved into brand experience teams within various well reputed creative agencies - a space in the industry where he has built an accomplished reputation and spent the majority of his career since. Now specialising in strategic client partnership, whilst leading PrettyGreen’s dedicated event and content production team, Adam has overseen delivery of best-in-class campaigns for SharkNinja, Amazon Music, Sharpie, Just Eat, Audible, LEGO, innocent & Sage. Before his PrettyGreen tenure, he also led campaigns for the likes of British Airways, Nike, EE, Carling, Accor, Sipsmith, Lloyds Bank, Fiat and many more. Adam's love for all things music, arts, entertainment, and culture means he’s most frequently found at a gig venue, in a festival field or attending an immersive experience - whether in a work capacity, or as a member of the audience. A belief and inquiry that is underpinned by her ongoing studies in the field of psychotherapy. Wends is custodian of the PrettyGreen brand and leads the Agency’s B Corp strategy, ensuring purpose, positioning and performance are aligned throughout. She began her career working in Fashion and spent many years as European Account Director for a portfolio of prestigious brands, such as Levi’s, Quiksilver, Aldo and Converse. Building a strong foundation in culturally driven brand growth through the creation and execution of integrated, pan-European campaigns.
Wends went on to help launch PrettyGreen, playing a pivotal role in shaping the agency from the ground up, contributing across all areas of the business, with a particular focus on helping shape the operational foundations of the business.
During a period focused on raising a family, Wendy retrained as a Naturopathic Nutritionist at CNM and qualified as a Health Coach with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She also ran farmers’ markets in some of London’s busiest locations, experiences that deepened her commitment to sustainability, holistic wellbeing and responsible business.
That chapter provided valuable perspective and ultimately reaffirmed that her true strengths and passion lie in brand-building, and that PrettyGreen is where she does her most meaningful work.
