Driving e-commerce growth through a multi-channel performance campaign
Challenge
FaceGym combines facial muscle workouts with skincare to deliver transformative results. Their model spans multiple revenue streams, including workout bookings and subscriptions. The goal was to boost performance across these streams, while maintaining ecommerce sales for their professional beauty tools and skincare ranges and adapting to new product launches, seasonal changes and promotional offers.
Activation
We built custom landing pages for different audiences, adding tracking tags to capture which campaigns drove which revenue.
We ran paid campaigns across Google and Meta, and tested audiences, devices, locations and timing to find what worked best.
Impact
Workout bookings and product sales scaled. Neither cannibalised the other. Costs dropped and returns improved. Promoting multiple revenue streams simultaneously is possible with the right approach.
